Responding to Terror in Orlando

romans-12_15

In response to the terror attack in Orlando on June 12, what should Christians do?

“Love your neighbor….” (Matt. 22:39

Love your gay neighbor…who fears more targeted attacks.
Love your Muslim neighbor…who fears reprisal and revenge.
Love your American neighbor…who fears more terrorism.
Love your foreign neighbor…who fears being suspected.

Loving your neighbor also means being prepared and arming yourself legally to defend your neighbor from attack. (Luke 22:36)

“Weep with those who weep…” (Rom. 12:15)

“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” (Rom. 12:21)

Pray with Compassion.
Preach the Gospel of Christ with Conviction.
Pour out your life in service to others.
